Donations received "disappearing" from the donation history page

If a donation no longer displays on the donation history page of an activist project or cause campaign, the donation has been declined by the bank of the donor.

When a donation is declined, GivenGain automatically sends a notification to the donor with instructions on how to resolve it, ie. to contact their bank about the issue, then to set up a new donation. In addition, notifications are sent to the cause primary user and if the donation was made on an activist project, also to the activist to take note of this.
