Requesting tax certificates

Note: GivenGain is the processing entity only, and therefore does not issue tax certificates on behalf of charities. If the beneficiary charity is registered to issue tax certificates to donors, you will be able to request such a certificate by following the steps below.

Log in and select the "Donations" tab of your account. (If you do not have a password, please use the "Forgot password" option first)

Optional: Select the dates of a financial year and click "Apply" to view donations only for a specific financial year.

Click on "Manage" next to a donation and select "Request tax certificate from charity", which will send a notification to the beneficiary charity.

Tip: If you need to get in touch with the charity, use the "Search" field to locate the organisation on the GivenGain platform, then click on the "About us" tab on their charity profile to view their contact details, or send them an email by clicking on the "Contact" button.
