Note: GivenGain is the donation processing entity only, and therefore does not issue tax certificates on behalf of charities. If the beneficiary charity is registered to issue tax certificates to donors, they'll be able to obtain all donor and donation information from their GivenGain reports, in order to generate a tax certificate within their own office environment.
