Aim: Thank your donors individually by replying to their donation message on your fundraiser project and show your gratitude!
To do so, log in to your fundraising account and view your project page as your donors would see it (My Projects > click on the name of the project).
Scroll down and click on "Donations" to view all donations.
To thank a donor:
- Click on an icon (heart, fire or hands) to show your appreciation, and/or
- Type your message in the response field, then click "Reply". An automated email will be sent to the donor within 15 minutes, alerting them of your reply.
Tip: Select the "Hide my reply from the public" option if you wish to send a private message to the donor.
To delete or edit your response, click on the "3 horizontal dots" button next to the relevant response.
