For any donations made to your charity over any period, irrespective of their payout status to your bank account.
Log in as a charity admin and visit Charity > Reports > Donations.
To view a donation report for the current month, visit the Donation reports section.
To download a donation statement for previous months, visit the Monthly donation statements section, select the checkbox of your preferred month and click on Download.
- UK charities only: The report will also include Gift Aid information. The column Gift Aid Donor Opted In will indicate whether the donation will be considered for Gift Aid.
