For all donations qualifying or that have qualified for a payout to your charity bank account, or that have been paid out. More on payouts.
Log in as a charity admin and visit Charity > Reports > Payouts.
To view a report of donations in the process of qualifying for a payout, visit the Pending section.
To view a report of donations that have qualified for a payout but not paid out due to your payout settings, visit the Balance section.
To download a statement of donations that have been paid out to your bank account, visit the Payout statements section, select the checkbox of your preferred month and click on Download.
- UK charities only: The downloaded statement will also include Gift Aid information. The column Transaction Type will indicate whether the donation is a standard donation or actually Gift Aid from HMRC.
