For all donations that qualify or have qualified for a payout to your charity bank account, or that have already been paid out. More on payouts.
Log in using the email address associated with your charity account and navigate to Charity > Reports > Payouts.
To view a report of donations currently in the process of qualifying for a payout, please visit the Pending section.
To view a report of donations that have qualified for a payout but have not been paid out due to your payout settings, please visit the Balance section.
To download a statement of donations that have been paid out to your bank account, please visit the Payout statements section, select the checkbox corresponding to your preferred month, and click Download.
To match a paid out donation with a donation from your donation statement, use the Donation ID column.
- UK charities only: The downloaded statement will also include Gift Aid information. The column labeled Transaction Type will indicate whether the donation is a standard donation or Gift Aid received from HMRC.
