Updating your charity bank account details or profile name

Aim: To ensure that your GivenGain charity account details always match the current details of your non-profit entity.

If you need to change your charity bank account details on GivenGain (due to a name change or opening a new bank account), please ask your bank to provide an official bank letter which states the new bank account details, or download a bank compliance form from "Settings > Transfers" and ask your bank to complete, sign and stamp the form. Send the letter or form to bc@givengain.com.

If your charity’s official name has changed, please send official documents showing that the name change has been approved by the relevant official regulatory body, to bc@givengain.com. Our team will update your GivenGain charity profile name and inform you when this is done.
