If you need to change your charity bank account details on GivenGain (due to a name change or opening a new bank account), please ask your bank to provide an official bank document which states the new bank account details. Send the bank document to bc@givengain.com.
If your charity’s official name has changed, please send official documents showing that the name change has been approved by the relevant official regulatory body to bc@givengain.com. Our team will update your GivenGain charity profile name and inform you when this is done.
