You may cancel your GivenGain service at any time.
Note: You will no longer have access to your charity account to view reports; all charity organiser events and fundraiser projects will be archived, and all recurring donations will be permanently discontinued.
Log in using the email address associated with your charity account and navigate to Charity > Settings > Account.
Click on Request to delete account and follow the subsequent steps.
