Log in as a charity admin and select the Supporters tab of your charity account. Use the dropdown, select the Search option and enter the first name, last name or email address, then click on Confirm and click Apply to view the results.
Click on the name of the donor to visit their profile, then select the Donations tab and click on Stop next to the active recurring donation instruction.
Note: A Stop link will only be available if the donor's recurring donation instruction is still active.
