Log in and select the "Supporters" tab of your charity account. Use the dropdown, select the "Search" option and enter the first name, last name or email address, then click on "Confirm" and click "Apply" to view the results.
Click on the name of the donor to visit their profile, then select the "Donations" tab and click on "Stop" next to the active recurring donation instruction.
Note: A "Stop" link will only be available if the donor's recurring donation instruction is still active.
