Objective: To define your own recommended donation amounts and frequency options on the donation page.
Predefined monetary donation amounts are effective for specifying particular needs of an event, such as sponsoring a student, "adopting" a rhino, or contributing meal vouchers. This approach allows donors to support your charity in a clear and meaningful manner.
Log in using the email address associated with your charity account and navigate to your charity's events under Events > Organiser > Active. If the event is a Partner event (created by an event organiser), please visit Events > Partner > Active. For events in draft status, access the corresponding section.
Select the vertical dots ⋮ icon next to the relevant event page, then choose Manage event and proceed to the Monetary defaults tab.
Click on Edit and complete the required fields. Once finished, click Save.
Recommendation: In the description field, specify the impact that a donation of the selected default amount will achieve, for example, "Provides one bicycle to a student."
Important: The monthly recurring donation option is available exclusively to charity accounts based in the United States and the United Kingdom.
