If a donation no longer displays on the donation history section of a fundraiser project or charity campaign, the donation has been declined by the bank of the donor.
When a donation is declined, GivenGain automatically sends a notification to the donor with instructions on how to resolve it, ie. to contact their bank about the issue, then to set up a new donation. In addition, notifications are sent to the charity primary user and if the donation was made on a fundraiser project, also to the fundraiser to take note of this.
