Donors can choose to give anonymously without their details being visible to the event organiser, charity or fundraiser (they’ll still be required to provide their details to GivenGain), and they may grant consent to provide the charity with their details as before.
If the donor has selected the Anonymous option, the donation notifications and donor reports will display the donation as anonymous to the charity, as well as publicly on an event or project page.
The GivenGain service adheres to GDPR regulations regarding consent granted by a donor in terms of their details provided to the beneficiary. If granted by the donor, their email address and billing address will be displayed in the charity's donation reports.
